In Myanmar, There are many information technologies to develop in both software and hardware.
Most softwares used in both private and public sectors are Microsoft's application. Depending on close source software, Microsoft, is one of important information technology problems in Myanmar. Because both private and public sectors spend a great amount of the budget to buy these new versions and maintain the updated versions of their software.
An Open Source Software is a new alternative way which is interesting because the cost of implementation is low and its efficient performance. I believe that my country can utilize Open Source Software in many ways for both private and public organization to directly receive benefit from using this technology.
